Bill Batty, President
Bill Batty founded LW Chemicals, Inc. in January, 1990. He has been in the food related chemical business for over 30 years. He was associated with Oxford Chemicals, Inc., Diversey Wyandotte, and now LW Chemicals, Inc. He also continues his consulting business "William D. Batty Associates" auditing food suppliers for major resturant chains.
Bill is a member of The Master Brewers Association, The South East Poultry Federation, a member of the International Beverage Packaging Association, St. Louis Chapter- 9-years, a founding member and Treasurer of the International Beverage Packing Assocation, and Southeast Chapter-2years.
Bill and his wife Linda live in Tennessee and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Bill enjoys golf, and spends time with his family and friends.

Jimmy Davis, Sales And Service
Jimmy Davis has been a field service representative for LW Chemicals, Inc. for 7 years. He has serviced every type of food and beverage facility, and covers the Southeast US, and/or any areas desiring his abilities. Jimmy is from Middle Tennesse and attended Middle Tennessee State University. He is married with 3 children.
Other interests include: Member of Tennessee Specialty Foods Association, Member of The Master Brewers of the Americas's Association - 5 years, Member of The International Beverage Packaging Association - 5 years, President of the International Beverage Packaging Association - 2 years (Founding Member), and a food safety specialist consultant with William D. Bob Embrey, Sales And Service
Bob Embrey started in the chemical business in October 1978 with Oxford Chemicals in Atlanta, focusing his experience in the meat industries. He has expanded his expertise to all sectors of the food processing industries since the inception of HACCP.
Bob is HACCP trained and certified with 22 years of food safety inspection and auditing experience with many nationally recognized food manufacturing firms improving sanitation and food safety programs. Bob is a food safety specialist consultant with William D. Batty Associates.
Malcolm Petty, Sales And Service
Malcolm Petty started his career with Bonewitz Chemical Co. (which makes it evident of his long experience), later purchased by Henkel Chemical Co. Consequently, Malcolm made a career move to Diversey Wyandotte.
When LW Chemicals, Inc. formed, Malcolm brought his considerable expertise with him, and joined the LW Team. His very broad knowledge base of the food industry, and food safety/sanitation, makes him a valuable asset in servicing food processing facilities. Malcolm currently resides in Brentwood Tennessee, and is a food safety specialist consultant with William D. Batty Associates.
Patrick Webb, Sales And Service
Patrick Webb has been a field service representative for LW Chemicals, Inc. for over 10 years. He has almost 30 years in the food service industry. Prior associations include Swift Fresh Meats and Eastern Foods. He left the food manufacturing industry to work in the sanitation/food safety sales and support field.
He began with Sanfax/Oxford Chemicals, then to Chemidyne Corp, and now his present employment at LW Chemicals. His service abilities range from beef, pork, poultry, liquid foods, and about every food processing sanitation possible. Living in N. Central Arkansas, Patrick covers any areas where his services are desired. Patrick is a food safety specialist consultant with William D. Batty Associates.
