This page will soon display an LW Chemicals Ordering Form, in which a customer can fill out, with the product and quantity, then hit Enter to send the order to LW Chemicals. Inc.

When the Orders/LWChemicals.com is checked, it will display the order to our people. They can print it out for a hard copy to forward to the manufacturing personnel. They can then move the order into the "In Status" folder until the order is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, the form can be moved to the "shipped" folder. Or, we can even have this form (with just 1 button) create an invoice. When invoice is created,,,the form could be moved into a folder called "shipped/invoiced" instead of "shipped".

This means our ordering person can check for orders off the web site, and download (and print out) orders just as the customer filled them out. If the order is placed after hours, it can be filled upon the start of the next business day, without having to transfer to another document.

It will make it much more convenient for our customers, and there may even be an auto-respond return email, to verify that the order reached LW Chemicals. We may even have a "comments" area in the folder in case the customer has a question, or special request.

An order may be placed 24/7, and will be the ultimate in "customer convenience".
